Meet Ramjet

Ramjet (after Fred Crippen's 1965 animation series Roger Ramjet) is the Freakbeats' bassist.

"My birthday is, of course, always a very special day for me. It starts with a nice lie in. Then I jump on the bike and go for an extravagant brunch with some of my bestest friends, and from midday I build up the energy for a fantastic party in the evening."

"To make sure my party is a success, the combination of atmosphere, food and drinks has to be perfect. I begin the food and drink a few days in advance, earlier if possible – that way I'm out of it before everyone arrives. Of course, to get the right atmosphere, you need music and a mix of the best songs from the last few hundred years always goes down well."
